We work with every type of thermoplastic material

The company can rely on a state-of-the-art machinery park (CNC lathes and machining centres, pantographs, grinding machines, hydraulic presses) and warehouses with a total area of over 1,000 square metres. Additionally, there is a metrology room dedicated to performing tests, inspections, and checks to ensure compliance with both incoming semi-finished products and finished products intended for customers.

LIMA is engaged in the production and commercialization of industrial gaskets and technical items made from plastic materials, whatever they may be. The company has a developed IT infrastructure to ensure the correct flow of information between departments and divisions, data recording, secure document storage, and traceability of batches received from suppliers, moved to production, and then shipped to customers.

LIMA has always looked to the future and continuously improved its organisation, with the primary goal of meeting customer requirements and creating a pleasant, well-organised working environment suitable for the activities carried out. This, combined with hard work and a continuous desire for improvement, has led LIMA to steadily climb the rankings of its reference market, ultimately reaching the top of its category.

LIMA has grown over the years and never forgets its roots. The company’s headquarters and plant were initially established in Cividate al Piano (BG), and after a few years, were moved to the town of Grumello del Monte (BG), which has been considered since the early days the ideal hub for the production and marketing of rubber and silicone products, as well as industrial gaskets and technical items made from thermoplastic materials for various sectors.

RUBBER / PLASTIC SECTOR

Over time, the town of Grumello del Monte has become the undisputed centre and reference point for the rubber/plastic sector in the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, and Milan, thus rewarding the intuition of the President and Founder, Angelo Baldelli, as a testament to the attention to market dynamics and the foresight that have always characterised our company. In 2010, a new move became necessary, this time to the town of Bolgare (BG), into a location better suited to the company’s current production volumes.

Additionally, the company collaborates with multinational companies specializing in the research and creation of new special plastic materials. For years, LIMA has invested in cutting-edge IT systems, equipping itself with a data processing centre (CED) capable of coordinating, controlling, and harmonizing all the company’s information processes.
